- How we design - From theory to turnkey
Preliminary Consultancy
Collection of initial project data in its entirety: type of building, intended use of the premises, construction times and estimated timetable.
Study of the location and type of electrical sources present in the premises, sharing the protection objectives with the Customer in compliance with the law (Prime Ministerial Decree 8/7/2003 for Italy, or the existing laws of the country in which the work will be carried out), consultancy on possible shielding solutions aiming for maximum optimization and effectiveness of the project.
3D Simulation
The result, both in 2D and 3D, allows us to evaluate the EMI and, consequently, give the Customer or Partner additional advice and support on the best solution to adopt.
Project Design
Creation of technical drawings with indication of the positioning, type and size of the shielding. The drawings are accompanied by a technical report which summarizes the project data, the indications received from the Customer and any notes regarding the installation method of the
G-iron® shielding system.
Preparation of the shielding system
The executive project is shared with the Customer and subsequently created in the workshop: from the preparation of the flat shielding to the development of customized solutions,
G-iron® knows how to promptly respond to any need.
